A note: requests are reviewed personally. You'll hear back within 24 to 48 hours with a confirmation, a suggested alternative time, or a kind decline if the slot isn't available.

- In-person consultations at CREW Gemmayze: Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Online consultations: Fridays only, 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
- Closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
